What counts as an application?

One application is a single mortgage file — whether it's a purchase, refinance, renewal, or pre-approval. Each application can include up to 40 documents. Joint applications with multiple borrowers count as one application.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limit?

We'll never block you mid-deal. If you go over your application limit, additional applications are billed at $5 each. If you're consistently exceeding your plan, we'll suggest the tier that saves you money.

Can I add more users?

Yes. Additional users beyond your plan's included seats are $19/user/month. You can add and remove users at any time.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — annual billing saves you roughly 17% (two months free). Starter is $49/month, Pro is $124/month, and Business is $290/month when billed annually.

What document types are supported?

DocLens supports 28 Canadian mortgage document types including T4 slips, Notices of Assessment, pay stubs, bank statements, employment letters, government IDs, investment statements, purchase agreements, and more.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Each organization's data is fully isolated with strict tenant separation. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, all access is authenticated with time-limited signed URLs, and full SINs are never stored. All data is processed and stored on Canadian infrastructure to meet provincial privacy requirements.

Where is my data stored?

All documents and extracted data are processed and stored within Canadian data centres. We do not transfer mortgage documents outside of Canada.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade or cancel at any time, and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
